The KAP model range Сombustion Сhamber is fully prefabricated, delivered in two parts, and comes with pre-installed refractory. It boasts high combustion efficiency, ensuring low emissions, and provides operational flexibility. Plus, it accommodates a wide range of fuel moisture levels.

Complete Package: It comes out of the workshop equipped with insulation, cladding, and installed top-grade refractory, making it a reliable and eco-friendly choice for sustainable energy production.

Each boiler house is unique! But obviously, much easier is to build greenfield projects, when you can start your design from the scratch with minimum borders and limits.
First heating season has passed for the upgraded district heating plant in the city of Limbazi. This was a challenging turn-key retrofit project for our team in 2020!

One more commissioning! This time a hot water system (140C, 10bar) with 4.5MW power with highly efficient setup from our range. As a main fuel our customer (AS Stora Enso Latvia) suppose to use mixture of woodchips and bark with moisture up to 55%.

Construction of the biomass fired (woodchips, sawdust) steam plant in Olaine, Latvia is now well underway.
We have started the deliveries of the technological equipment to the plant. Construction and installation phases will follow.

Just before New Year`s Eve party we have started delivery and installation phase of the new 4.5MW Biomass Boiler Plant (140C/10bar) for wood pellet factory in Latvia (client: Stora Enso Latvia AS).

In year 2019, woodworking company SC "Kraslesinvest" has started the operation of new wood pellet plant in Krasnoyarsk region (production capacity 105 000 tons/year).

2 hot water boilers with the capacity of 8MW each were set to be delivered to the distant project in the history of our company.

In the beginning of 2018, a boiler plant with a capacity of 3MW, operating on biomass was commissioned.

The highest capacity project, successfully implemented by SC KOMFORTS GROUP in 2017 – 8MW boiler plant fired with shavings, woodchips, bark and lumber production process waste.

2018 has officially started! Main technological equipment for the 4 MW biomass plant in Vadstena, Sweden - just left our production facility in Tukums. Several lorries and 3 open platform trucks are on its way to Scandinavia!
